Indeed, before signing a contract with one of our partners, it is your responsibility to demand to see his or her license from the Authority, and to ask the right questions to fully understand the analysis of your needs.
While Oolong Media Inc. makes every effort to connect you with reputable and reliable partners, Oolong Media Inc. cannot guarantee their qualifications, pricing, work or services. Oolong média inc. is not responsible for damages resulting from a service agreement with one of our network partners. See “Oolong Media Inc. Commitments and Limitation of Liability” below.
Finally, Oolong Media Inc. is not a party to contractual agreements between partners and users and does not guarantee the accuracy of offers transmitted by our partners. Submissions must be validated with our partners. Furthermore, none of the clauses to come shall bind Oolong média inc, its shareholders, directors, employees, agents, assigns, officers and representatives to any obligations whatsoever with respect to the execution of the brokerage mandates entered into with the partners.
“Clic Agents” is not connected in any way with Facebook Inc. either with the “facebook.com” site or any of the services belonging to its network (including but not limited to “Instagram”, “Occulus VR” “WhatsApp”). “Clic Agents” has not received any approval from Facebook Inc. nor does it intend to do so in the future.
Our “Clic Agents” platform provides information that should in no way be taken as real advice from professionals in the fields of finance, heating and air conditioning, real estate, insurance, removals, etc. Our writers have researched their information to the best of their ability, but errors may have occurred. Information to be transmitted, processing and acceptance by the user
In order to provide its services, Oolong média inc. must collect all the information necessary for the partners to be able to prepare a satisfactory quote adapted to the user’s needs. Thus, by accepting the present terms and conditions, the user agrees to transmit all necessary personal or confidential information to Oolong média inc. by means of an online form, by telephone or by e-mail.
Oolong Media Inc. reserves the right to remove any information transmitted by the user when it has reason to believe that such information is contrary to the present terms and conditions of use or infringes the rights held by third parties.
Any information transmitted by the user may be modified or removed from Clic Agents’ databases by sending an e-mail to that effect to admin@soumissionsmaison.com. Oolong Media Inc. reserves the right to remove or modify the information requested within 15 days of receipt of such request.
The user also accepts that the information inserted in the request for quotation form will be collected, transferred and stored by Oolong média inc. and partners (according to the number provided by the service) in compliance with the provisions of the “Privacy Policy” section below.
The information will not be made available to third parties, other than partners.
By including the user’s telephone number in the form and submitting it, the user agrees to be contacted by the partners or by the Oolong Media Inc. validation team, even if the user is registered on the National Do Not Call List. The user also agrees to be contacted by the partners by telephone, e-mail or text message in order to obtain further information necessary to prepare a quote tailored to the user’s needs or to conclude a contract. If the Partners are unable to contact the User, the User understands that he/she will not be able to obtain quotes from the Partners.
Accuracy of information transmitted by the user
Users are at all times responsible for the conformity and veracity of the information they transmit via the website. All information must be valid, complete and up to date at the time of transmission. Failure to do so may result in the application of the sanctions set out below in the section “Prohibited acts and sanctions in the event of contravention”.
Oolong Media Inc. has the right, but not the obligation, to review information submitted by users of this site. Accordingly, Oolong Media Inc. disclaims any responsibility to verify any information transmitted by the user and any effects or damages resulting from the transmission or use thereof as more fully set forth in the section “Oolong Media Inc. Commitments and Limitations of Liability”.

Intellectual property and content

Oolong Media Inc. is not responsible for the exercise of any partner’s right to do business, any verification being the responsibility of the user with the Authority and Oolong Media Inc. cannot be held responsible in any way for the choice of doing business with one partner rather than another and for the consequences of this choice. Thus, Oolong Media Inc. cannot be held responsible for products or services sold or for any prejudice caused by the user or the partner.
Obligations of users and partners, penalties in the event of infringement and commitment to compensation
Partners and users of the service undertake to :
- comply with all the provisions of these terms and conditions;
- comply with current legislation at all times;
- provide legitimate, accurate, complete and up-to-date information;
- not to transmit any fictitious or vexatious request, or any request whose sole purpose is to cause harm or unnecessary loss of time;
- not to compromise the security, accessibility and integrity of the website in any way whatsoever (malware, spam, viruses, etc.);
- not to represent another person or company without their consent;
- not to violate the rights of Oolong média inc. and third parties, including trademark rights, patent rights, rights of privacy or publicity, copyrights, etc. ;

- not to circumvent protective measures designed to restrict access to one or more parts of the Clic Agents website.
In the event that the user or the partners commit(s) a prohibited act or generally contravene(s) any of the provisions of the present terms and conditions, Oolong média inc. reserves the right :
- restrict or prevent access to its site, its services and all its platforms, without prior notice;
- to institute without delay or notice any proceedings or take any action necessary to stop the contravention and to be indemnified for any damages resulting therefrom. Such indemnification shall cover judicial and extra-judicial costs, audit fees and other costs and expenses incurred in the course of any suit, action or proceeding relating to the foregoing.
Indemnity undertaking The user or partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oolong Media Inc. its shareholders, directors, employees, agents, assigns, officers, representatives and partners from and against any and all claims, demands or proceedings (including legal and out-of-court costs, audit fees and other costs and expenses incurred in connection with any such claim, demand, action or proceeding, action or proceeding relating to the foregoing) for damages suffered or incurred and resulting directly or indirectly from his(her) use of the Clic Agents site, in the event that his(her) liability is called into question or in the event that he(she) breaches any of his(her) obligations in connection with these terms and conditions.

Satisfaction Oolong Media Inc. invites users to complete a satisfaction survey to provide feedback on the service provided by the partners who contacted them.
No waiver Oolong Media Inc.’s silence, neglect or delay in exercising any right or remedy provided for in these terms and conditions shall not under any circumstances be construed or understood as a waiver of its rights and remedies, and such right or any available remedy necessary to exercise it shall remain valid so long as the conventional or statutory limitation period for exercising such right or remedy has not expired.
Illegality If any provision of this page is determined to be void, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions of these Terms of Use.
Applicable laws and election Oolong Media Inc. terms and conditions and their interpretation shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The Parties agree, with respect to any claim or legal proceeding for any reason whatsoever relating to these terms and conditions and their interpretation and application, to select the judicial district of Quebec City, Province of Quebec, Canada, as the proper venue for the hearing of any such claim or legal proceeding to the exclusion of any other judicial district which may have jurisdiction over such dispute as prescribed by law.
